A small deposit of £5 will automatically be refunded as soon as the 3 free trial classes are completed. There is no obligation for a customer to purchase classes after the free trial sessions.
If a child cannot attend a free class, we ask you to please provide a 24 hour notice to help us reallocate the session. If the parent is unable to provide a 24 hour notice, we will ask for a kind explanation for the missed session and in most instances will do our very best to have this rebooked.
The deposit is now in place to ensure that parents do help us in providing notice when a child cannot attend a class.
There is no obligation to complete all 3 free classes, if provided a 24 hour notice to cancel all free sessions, we will immediately refund the £5 deposit.
